“We need to enter into a new relationship with our artists, where they see us as partners rather than the enemy.”La plateforme des blogues est une façon de rétablir (ou de créer) un climat de confiance.
It has always struck me that in this digital world that we live in (...), that unsigned artists are still having to burn a cd of their work, (...) post it to record companies and then sit and wait for a response that may never come (...) is a very inefficient system for the artists and our company (...).Le blogue de RCA est ici et celui de Columbia est ici (Mise à jour: lien corrigé).
This is one of the main reasons we are launching our new submission system (...). The second reason we have launched this initiative is that I think it is time to dispel the myth that people that work for major companies are just suits and finance people that don’t care about artists and their music. (...)
This blogging initiative is the first of many to come that will go a long way to address these issues.
