C'est l'idée de Sean Moffit de sélectionner une liste de gens qui, dans ses mots, "create content, (...) lead opinion and (...) influence through their insight and collaboration with others".

Et votre humble serviteur est fier de faire partie de cette liste.

Pourquoi 1%? C'est notamment basé sur l'analyse de Bradley Horowitz, VP Product Strategy chez Yahoo!. qui explique qu'il y a trois sortes de gens qui gravitent autour des médias sociaux: ceux qui créent (1%), ceux qui synthétisent (10%) et ceux qui en consomment (100%) (creators, synthesizers, and consumers).
